Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supervise and train staff members
- Maintain high standards of food production, bartending, catering, coffee, banquet, and hotel services
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as an assistant manager or shift leader
- Strong knowledge of food production, bartending, catering, coffee, banquet, and hotel operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
