Job Description:
The EVS Training Coordinator is responsible for training the Environmental Services Staff in high levels of service excellence and cleaning standards for the Carle Foundation Hospital system.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Three (3) years Related Field
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Demonstrated abilities in leadership and teaching skills.
Essential Functions:
- New hire training
- Retraining of current employees
- Training contracted employees
- Training at off-site locations
- Provide support for standardizing EVS processes, chemicals and equipment
