Job Summary:

Machine Operator, Main Press; Fri-Sun 6p-6:30a.

• Operating and tending the machines that are used to produce and shape Ultimate RB's polyurethane recycled rubber sheets and custom rubber products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Molding/Expanding: Operate or tend machines designed to mold and expand polyurethane rubber according to exacting standards of work orders.
• Cutting: Operate or tend machines designed to cut rubber sheets according to exacting standards of work orders.
• Fabrication: Operate or tend machines designed to fabricate polyurethane rubber mats according to exacting standards of work orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to use measuring gauges such as a measuring tape
• Reliable means of transportation required
• Must be 18 years of age or older, required
• Mechanical background preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Standing
• Walking
• Climbing stairs, steps and ladders
• Sight and hearing
• Stooping and bending
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Must be able to carry 50 pounds on a regular basis

Essential Requirements:

• Steel-toed boots to start working. We supply all other required PPE.
• Good attendance is important to our team at Ultimate RB. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a history of good attendance and who welcome overtime.
