The Maintenance Technician is directly responsible for the daily upkeep of assigned apartments regarding all maintenance matters.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required and related trade school or coursework preferred
- Minimum three years of residential or commercial maintenance experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Good driving record and credit history required
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs, complete service requests, apartment turn-over and maintain physical upkeep of property
- Be innovative and/or a creative source to consider solutions to problems
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community
- Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service within company standards
- Be on-call for designated months (usually 3 or 4 months out of the year)
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary
- Maintain tools, equipment and work-space and ensure they are in proper working order, request replacements as necessary
