What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator position at Carlo's Bakery?

Carlo's Bakery is currently seeking a Food Production Admin to work closely with Department heads. The Food Production Admin will be assisting with production logistic and procurement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Creating and updating reports for management
  • Assist with production planning logistics
  • Assist with Purchasing
  • Be liaison between departments

YOU'LL HAVE:

  • MS Office Knowledge
  • Proficient in Excel (prefer a more then basic user)
  • Creating reports for management
  • Work well independently and as a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A love for... cake!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
