Requirements:
- High school or equivalent required and must pass background check.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass the Pre-employment Medical Exam
- Pass drug test as part of the post job offer employment screening process.
- Clean valid chauffeur’s license
- 2-5 Years experience
- Own a smart phone.
- Reading and mathematical skills; ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance
- Requires some heavy lifting and working in all weather conditions.
- Must have adequate experience that demonstrates reliability and professionalism.
- Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthiness and Dependability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate and maneuver some warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to, pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts, in the manner necessary to move products consistent with manufacturers’ instructions and safety instructions.
- Schedule Availability: Mon – Fri, approximately 9pm – 6am.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive truck to our Fraser location, return with product and sort onto 4 different routes to be picked up by other drivers.
- Ability to call the office for assistance while out on the road.
- Perform all physical requirements necessary to lift and move product.
- Professionally represent the company while interacting with our customers or vendors
- Inspect truck equipment and supplies as required, and immediately report any deficiencies to ensure safe operations.
- Follow all Company safety procedures; ability to drive a 26,000 lb. Straight Truck.
- Willing to do dock work, including moving cases, wrapping pallets, and loading trucks.
- Safely transfer pallets from Truck to Truck at the end of route.
