What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Carnivale?
Carnivale is looking for a highly efficent Bar Back to join a team dedicated to expiriential and superior service!
Since opening in 2005, Carnivale has established itself as one of the premier dining destinations in Chicago’s West Loop. Immerse yourself in the festive, eclectic, and global atmosphere of Carnivale that is inspired by the cuisine & culture of Mexico, South America, and Central America as well as our passion for travel, art, and design. Enjoy Latin fusion cuisine, exotic cocktails, and one-of-a-kind desserts. With a lush interior and original artwork, the Carnivale experience makes every meal a celebration.
Our Bar Backs are involved in bar prep and set up, assistting our bar-tenders during service, and break down of the bars.
We are looking for Bar Backs with 2 or more years of experience (perferrably) in the industry, that are excited to be apart of a team dedicated to excellent service, and the ability to perform at a high level during high levels of business.
This is a part time position. Applicants must be avaiable for evening shifts Tuesday through Sunday.
