St. Louis's number one independently owned and operated furniture store for over five decades is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. Great Competitive Pay Rate, especially for those with experience in furniture or a similarly detailed customer service position.
Good communication skills and friendly, upbeat personality required to help our customers (mostly on the phone) with any issues that may arise after delivery of their furniture. Job Duties include determining the right course of action in each particular situation, setting service calls, exchanges, etc . There is a lot of detailed work and follow through involved in this position. Customer service associates correspond regularly with salespeople, sales managers, delivery drivers, and furniture repairmen. Hours are Full-Time Tuesday through Saturday 9-5:30.
