We are seeking full-time Mental Health Specialists for Community Support Team (Qualified Professional) to provide the following services:
The Specialist will conduct assessments and provide community-based therapy and case management to adults. May conduct initial assessments for clients with serious and persistent mental health issues and connect them with a higher level of care such as ACT services.
This is an off-site job and its purpose is to provide these services in the community to enhance the consumer’s ability to function and achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
At a minimum, completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field with 2 years full- time, post-bachelor’s degree experience with the population served or a Bachelor’s Degree in a non-Human Service field with 4 years full-time, post-bachelor’s degree experience with the population served. Completion of a Master’s degree and one year of full-time post-
graduate experience with the population being served or an individual with a license, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession with one year of documented experience with the population being served would also qualify an individual as a Qualified Professional.
