Responsibilities/duties:
- General Data entry into both agency and State computer systems.
- Assist Accounting Manager with Heavy data entry experience.
- Must be an organized professional. Enter reports in excel from field managers.
- Answer Phone, greet visitors, filing, process reports received from different job sites/project managers and enter in excel.
- File and enter data into computer system for invoicing and manage all paperwork coming in. Set up housing for field staff.
- Sort mail, retrieve mail w/ company vehicle. Good Phone etiquette - someone sharp.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Excel/Word - Accuracy. Enter data into an already established spreadsheet and Word.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service skills.
- Comfortable learning various computer programs.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality rules.
- Must pass Background Check, Drug Test, and have a valid drivers license.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Possibly Saturdays 7:00am-1:00pm.
Rate of Pay: $15-$17 depending on experience.
