This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist dedicated to the Lien Department at Carpenter & Zuckerman. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clients and the department.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional client service
- Ability to handle client relations and resolve customer issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a legal or customer service role is a plus
