Job Position: Office Assistant (Full Time Position)

Job Details:
  • Carr Allison’s Tallahassee, FL location has openings for two full-time Office Assistants to assist with general office responsibilities.
  • Great team with great benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the office with faxes, copies, and all scanning.
  • Assist the office with in-coming and out-going mail.
  • Assist the office with UPS and FedEx packages.
  • Assist the office with restocking kitchen/break room areas, bathrooms, refrigerators.
  • Assist with restocking all machines with paper/envelops.
  • Assist IT with troubleshooting and moving equipment when necessary.
  • Assist with any out-of-office deliveries.
  • Assist with general/light housekeeping and trash/shredding.
  • Assist with telephone reception duties.
  • Assist the office (attorneys and staff) with minimal clerical office duties, such as making files/labels as directed by attorneys/staff/HR Manager and/or Firm Administrator.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, be able to multi-task, prioritize and use time efficiently.  
  • Candidate should be able to show strong attention to detail, perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment, and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands.  
  • Candidate must also possess a great attitude, be a team player, and have some IT knowledge.  
  • Candidate must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.  
  • 2 years of office experience is a plus.
