Assistant Branch Sales Manager
The Assistant Branch Sales Manager has the responsibility to learn the Profit and Loss statement for our wholesale branch serving HVAC professionals. The Assistant Branch Sales Manager plays a key role in the operation of the branch ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, employee management and operating costs.

Delivering Results
P&L Management
- Learn how to effectively manage the branch P&L
- Assist in developing and implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives
- Contribute to the maintenance of LTL spend by ensuring locations use the CTS system to choose the most reliable and economical carriers
- Effectively manage inventory shrink for the branch
- Help manage labor costs, overtime and utilization of temporary employees
- Ensure full compliance with all SOX key controls
Sales Growth
- Learn how to analyze and measure business trends
- Effectively contribute to EBIT
- Help maintain inventory accuracy ensuring all company assets are protected from theft or damage by tracking biweekly to aid in reducing ESD
- Work directly with local sales teams to develop strategies for increased store traffic, as well as conduits for useful feedback from contractors regarding customer service efforts
Maintain open communication with horizontal and vertical teams, as well as customers and vendor partners

Work Requirements
Work Schedule
- Salaried Full Time: Generally scheduled for 48 hours; more hours may be required based on the needs of the
- Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the
- Requests to be scheduled off for a specific day require advanced notification and approval by supervisor
* Must be available two weekends during the Fall to actively participate in annual companywide physical inventory
