Job Title: Inventory Control Analyst  

Location: Collierville, TN

Requirements Qualifications: 

• Experience using Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Must be capable of recognizing problems, and possess good reading, writing, and communication skills.
• 1-3 years Inventory Control / Cycle count experience; background or experience in Accounting a plus.
• Ability to learn and follow detailed process procedures.
• Flexibility in hours worked per week greater than 40 hrs.
• Capable of lifting packages to OSHA guidelines.
• Accuracy in work content and attention to detail.
• Associate’s or BS/BA in related field required

Preferred Experience:

• SAP
• Inventory tracking systems
• Cycle Count Scheduling & Reporting

Hours: 7am – 4pm, OT as needed

Reports to Shift Manager or Supervisor

Typical Duties under Minimum Supervision:

• Performs a variety of activities in support of our manufacturing operations by ensuring inventory adjustments are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory
• Coordinate cycle counts of product inventories on a daily basis
• Prepare cycle count reports and root cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Lead others in safe work practices
• Coordinate with all departments providing feedback on process gaps.
• Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency
• Train other employees in cycle count processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
