The Beverly Operations Supervisor is essential to the success of Sensitech Operations. This enthusiastic, motivated team member will be responsible for daily functions/communications with the Beverly Operations Team while maintaining a professional and positive environment. They will be responsible for supervising 40 employees including, but not limited to, managing daily tasks, ensuring all training needs are met, coordinating staff schedules, as well addressing any employee-related concerns, including conducting performance reviews. The Operations Supervisor will need to communicate with cross-functional teams such as QA, Engineering, Client Services, and Supply Chain, ultimately supporting the end customer, ensuring orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsible Include:
- Working cooperatively to organize and plan daily production needs to achieve an effective workflow, and meet daily production goals.
- Coordinate production staff between work cells as needed to meet the production schedule and OTD goals.
- Participating in cross-functional meetings in support of current and future production planning/scheduling.
- Participating in the investigation of non-conformances. Developing and implementing corrective and preventative actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Ensuring all training requirements are up to date on current job functions.
- Updating/maintaining accurate functional area documents/procedures.
- Ensuring appropriate processes are in place to maintain accurate inventory levels, material traceability, and programming and shipping accuracy.
- Assisting with functional area process improvements.
- Perform quarterly and yearly performance reviews.
- Working with Operations Manager on any disciplinary concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a neat, functional, and safe work environment.
- Willing and able to back up and assist with all operational tasks as needed.
- Physical ability to transport objects weighing up to 60 lbs.
- May be required to perform several and/or combination of the following tasks such as to lift, carry, push, pull, sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, twist, or stretch.
- Willingness to extend work hours as needed to support operation’s needs, including weekends to meet demands.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience in operations and/or Supply Chain
- Computer skills required. Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- English fluency for written and verbal communication.
- Bilingual English / Spanish would be a plus.
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence a positive work environment are a must.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Physical ability to transport objects weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Ability or willingness to learn to use a pallet jack and other warehouse tools.

- Attend a scheduled EH&S training program

- Recommend improved EH&S practices.
- Department-specific EH&S responsibilities such as Cardinal Rules, PPE, MSDS labeling, ergonomics, evacuation, etc.
