This position will lead in the planning and design of land and site development projects. The ideal candidate will have
minimum of 1 years experience relating to land development, drainage design, utility layout, and site grading projects. Candidate must have experience in preparing design documentation including the preparation of construction drawings for grading, paving, drainage, water, and sewer facilities, and the preparation of permit packages for local and state agencies.
Qualifications:
1 years of experience in civil design and land development projects.
Ability to manage projects, clients, and support staff
Proficient experience with: AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Suite
Ability to read and fully understand construction engineering plans and drawings including sheet references
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills in working with clients, consultants and coworkers
Multi-task oriented and strong time management and problem solving skills
