About the Role:
Summary
CARS’ Human Resources (HR) department is looking for a Total Rewards Coordinator that will provide top-notch support for our Total Rewards team. This team is tasked with effectively implementing and operating the Company’s benefits programs, compensation philosophies, and HR systems and the Total Rewards Coordinator will be critical to contributing to the success of each of these functional areas. The Coordinator will carry out responsibilities related to onboarding, general support for employee inquiries, benefits administration/billing, facilitate compensation documents and related tasks, data maintenance/audits, reporting, employment verifications, and assisting with annual cycle activities. This role requires attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Monitor inquiries received in the Total Rewards mailbox and either responds or directs to appropriate teams for resolution
Timely processing of vendor billing, completing data reconciliations and analyzing/resolving discrepancy reports
Process employee benefits program enrollments and all related tasks
Distribute Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and complete regular audits to identify any discrepancies
Partner with the Compensation and HRBP teams to accurately create and distribute compensation summary forms for all employee related job changes
Maintain data inputs of job table database, including but not limited to, accurately entering job details and relevant codes, updating job status, and completing frequent audits to ensure data integrity
Maintain Total Rewards related content on the employee Intranet, as well as, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible
Facilitate the processing of CARS' temporary contractors which includes all activities related to onboarding/offboarding, and contract extensions
Generate routine and ad hoc HR reports and deliver to applicable internal/external teams on a weekly and monthly cadence
Manage employment verifications
Provide the Total Rewards team with ongoing support related to the department’s annual programs such as benefit open enrollment, merit planning, fall promotions, and performance reviews
Assist with special projects or other assignments with opportunities to learn and contribute to other functional HR areas
Support other broader HR initiatives as needed
Required Experience
1 or more years’ experience in an HR setting; ideally with exposure to benefit programs
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be PC savvy and highly proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with HRIS (ADP preferred)
Solid organizational skills and great attention to detail and quality
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Associate's degree with 1-2 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree within Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology
