What You'll Do:
- Demonstrate leadership skills to monitor area performance and suggest process improvement throughout the distribution facility.
- Monitor daily operations of specific department in accordance with distribution policies and procedures.
- Responsible for work station assignments/rotations.
- Coordinate production startups and/or shutdowns.
- Partner with Supervisor to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
- Responsible for monitoring department quality standards.
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work guidelines.
- Ensure a clean and safe work area.
- Partner with Supervisor on Associate communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to adapt to change by working within different departments as needed.
- Ability to perform basic mathematics accurately including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be able to accurately and readily fill out forms and paperwork.
- Ability to operate manual and automated pallet jack equipment.
- Reliable attendance is an essential requirement to perform the job successfully.
- Computer Skills: WMS Warehouse Software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of RF technology.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six to twelve months of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
- The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
- Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
- Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
