We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our apartment community the Preserve at Hardin Valley!

Details below outline some of the primary responsibilities and qualification of this particular position.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- On Call/ After-hours service: on call stipend eligibility
Qualifications:
- EPA/HVAC certified (newly certified HVAC technicians are welcomed to apply however accredited hours in a trade school setting/ classroom would be the only substitution for experience), if not certified-willing to become certified within 90 days
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to be "on call" in rotation
- Must have reliable transportation
- Background screening
