Cartier Agency is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team!
An Account Manger creates long-term, trusting relationships with our customers by providing services to current customers and working with a producer to write new business. Servicing includes, but is not limited to, claims handling, remarketing of current customers, quoting new business customers, policy changes, endorsements, policy review and verification of coverage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages customer files, keeps policy information updated, manages claims endorsement and billing.
- Communicates with customers regarding any policy changes and answer questions regarding to billing, claims and coverage.
- Follows up with companies regarding customers policies.
- Works with producer to answer customer inquiries.
- Keep Epic management system updated by attaching all pertinent files and keeping policy information accurate.
- Files claims and follows up on status and ensuring claims are closed in a timely manner.
- Work with producer to remarket current customers and/or obtain necessary underwriting information.
- Work with producer to market new business accounts and/or account round current customers.
- Handling all billing, premium financing and work with producer to collect outstanding receivables.
- Prepare proposals for new business quotes and renewals.
