Salary & Perks
- Full-time hourly rate starting at $18/hour and the ability to make a minimum of $2 /hr by the end of year 1 (must be in good standing).

Role
We’re looking for forward-thinking fast learners with at least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, detail oriented, quality focused production driven role:
- Field inbound calls and make outbound calls with a high sense of urgency and close attention to detail. Being the voice of Carvana as you guide customers through the purchase process, answer their questions, and review and approve their documents.
- Ensure compliance with underwriting policies and stay up-to-speed on policy and procedure changes.
- Verify loans for customers purchasing vehicles through Carvana financing or a third-party institution.
- Utilize and navigate between multiple internal and external software tools to assist in the underwriting process (e.g. consumer credit bureaus, and other internet sources).
- Collaborate with internal teams at Carvana to help resolve customer issues and keep the purchase process moving.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, detail oriented, quality focused production driven role
- 1 years of experience in banking, financial services, insurance and/or related industry
- College degree preferred
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week (Saturday OR Sunday).
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to handle phone calls for up to 10 hours a day
- Ability to work across multiple software systems simultaneously
