About the team and position

Job Description

The Paperwork Specialist supports in the administrative aspects of our customer’s registration process. The Specialist is responsible for preparing, auditing, and following up with customers on documents needed to ensure the smooth transition of vehicle ownership between Carvana and the customer. The ideal candidate has exceptional organization and communication skills, with an amazing attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing

• Generating, printing, and preparing customer registration documents
• Auditing customer paperwork for accuracy before and after the customer interaction
• Documenting inaccuracies and providing feedback to local leadership
• Updating customer records to ensure the most up to date information is available in our systems an all appropriate employees are aware of pertinent information
• Interacting and communicating with team members across various lines of business
• Supporting in customer follow-up when necessary due to paperwork inaccuracies
• Ensuring all necessary supporting documents are mailed out in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

What you should have

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Enthusiasm and energy to contribute and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves
• Ability to adapt to change
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently with a very strong attention to detail
• Is a team player and has an understanding of the value of teamwork and how teams work
• Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions
• Ability to pass a drug screen, and background check
• Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including: nights, weekends, and holidays
