About the position:
This role is responsible for understanding the needs of our Customer Care and Employee Success teams and can work with data to maintain high levels of strategic thinking. Responsible for varying aspects of project and process management along with data analytics.
What you'll be doing:
- Analyze data on behalf of the Training and Quality teams; present findings and suggestions to stakeholders.
- Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes.
- Gather information and present findings in a format that is visually appealing, engaging and easily digestible to stakeholders.
- Act as a consultant to the Employee Success teams in order to optimize the employee experience.
- Research, create, and propose operational project plans and cross-department timelines for the Customer Care Employee Success Team.
- Prioritize and direct work while collaborating cross-functionally to execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders, each with their own needs and priorities.
- Adept at marshalling, and leveraging resources to complete projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Support various work groups by providing appropriate resources, and serve as the project manager overseeing the completion, and progression of projects.
- Openly and confidently communicate with all other parties involved with the project.

- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
- 3 years in an analyst or consulting related role.
- Experience creating business and operational processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, Google Suite and project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with peers, executive level management, and operational stakeholders.
- Reliable deadline and task management skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience using content as a tool that supports business goals and brand strategy.
- Ability to maintain high volume and high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.
