Job Accountabilities
- Complete an initial training assignment to become familiar with chemical information curation at CAS.
- Collaborate with teammates and managers to evaluate the existing chemical information curation workflow, identify any inefficiencies, and propose process improvements.
- Connect across the organization through the Summer Intern Program to build influential working relationships, preparing your career for tomorrow.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific trends through individual and team training opportunities.
- Pursuing a degree in a scientific field or related discipline (like Chemistry, Biology, or Chemical Engineering)
- Completion of sophomore Organic is required. Interest and willingness to explore a lean six sigma yellow belt to aid in process improvement.
- Strong communication skills, teaming skills, leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment as well as independently
