Executive Director Job Description
Full-time – Salaried position 40 hours a week primarily during the day, with some occasional evening availability and limited weekends. Position functions primarily in person, but remote flexibility is available.

General Job Statement:
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will manage operational, financial, and administrative operations while overseeing external and community relations, fund-raising, marketing, and strategic planning. The Executive Director will be a strategic, analytical thinker and relationship builder with management experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting. They will have experience creating a positive and engaged work force and a history of working effectively with community stakeholders. They will help move forward and fulfill Casa Guadalupe’s mission to be the bridge of integration to Hispanics and the communities in which they live through education and community access.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- 5 years experience working in nonprofit management or related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and reach deadlines
- Verifiable good driving record, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Must be able to travel throughout Washington County

Key Responsibilities:
- Works with Board of Directors and staff to ensure that the mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning, and community outreach.
- Responsible for planning, organization, and direction of the organization’s operations and programs.
- Develops donor relationships and looks for resources to ensure the financial health of the organization
- Leads, plans, and executes large annual fundraisers.
- Budget preparation, analysis, decision-making, reporting, and planning for long-term sustainability.
- Serves as the organization’s primary spokesperson to the organization’s constituents, the media, and the general public.
- Oversees and implements resources to ensure that the operations of the organization are appropriate.
- Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with various organizations to enhance the organization’s mission and programs.
- Attracts and hires staff, as well as volunteer Board members and other community volunteers, and support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
- Supervises and collaborates with organization staff.
- Oversees organization Board and committee meetings.
- Oversees all marketing and other communications efforts, strategically planning various marketing campaigns annually.
- Collects and analyzes data related to social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensures grants are submitted on time and within application parameters.
- Completes all documents, forms, or reports required by the grant.
- Coordinates the monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects that are funded by grants.
- Develops and maintains master files on grants and paperwork connected to programs funded by grants.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
