Casa Madera is a high-energy, fine-dining concept from hospitality group Noble 33, located in both West Hollywood and Toronto.
The Dishwasher is responsible for the washing and sanitation of all flatware, glassware, and china being brought back to the dish pit, maintaining the dishwashing area to meet department of health standards, removing trash, and keeping all exterior trash areas clean.
Responsibilities
Keep work areas, food storage areas, and garbage area clean and safe at all times
Assist in control of inventory and supplies by handing everything properly and reducing unnecessary costs and waste due to broken items
Read and follow department of health standards and food industry standards
Perform other duties as required, including prep work or additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
Stable work history
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Night and weekend availability
Ability to stand for duration of shifts and lift / push / pull up to 35 lbs
