As a Dining Room Supervisor , you will be responsible for creating a safe, comfortable, and pleasant dining experience for the residents at Cascades of Bremerton .
This position leads and directs the front-of-the-house staff and dining room service for all meals and ensures meals are served in accordance with Cascade Living Group policies and procedures.
You will also be responsible for assisting the Dining Services Director, ensuring that standards of dining service are consistently attained.

Working as a Dining Room Supervisor , you will :
- S upervise all dining service activities in the community
- Meet and greet all residents and guests and assist them with any requests and suggestions
- Assist in the supervision of all service procedures, service timing and pick-up procedures
- Communicate with food production staff regarding resident / guest attendance percentages and menu usage factors
- Maintain positive employee relations programs and practices, affecting and implementing CLG’s human resources policies
