Overview :
The Division Sales Representative is responsible for assisting in sales and sales mix for individual production facility.
The Sales Representative will execute tactical plans given for customer sales, service, and transportation.
Responsibilities and Tasks :
- Build production schedule, manage all aspects of sales / production scheduling
- Work closely with Division Sales Manager to negotiate sales pricing with current customer base.
- Work closely with plant management day to day for best service practices to customers.
- Resolve problems concerning customer issues, transportation, and logistics systems.
- Negotiate with carriers and customers to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Execute given specific customer requirements for packaging and service.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of experience (min. 4 years) in Poultry Industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work within dynamic sales team
- Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Multi-tasker.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
