The Service Greeter/Porter is responsible for greeting each customer and escorting them to their assigned service writer. The Greeter assists the service writers with closing out repair orders, contacts customers as directed, moves customer vehicles, prepares customer vehicles for delivery (checks tire pressure, fluids under the hood), expedites, calls and notifies customers when special order parts have arrived and sets appointments for installation. The work environment is primarily in a busy service drive and requires extensive walking, kneeling, and bending in a variety of temperatures and weather conditions, all while remaining the upbeat customer service star you are.
This is a position which requires candidates to work 40 hours a week and available to be scheduled between the hours of 7 AM-6 PM Monday-Saturday which includes some holidays. A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record is required.
