ABOUT US:
Cash Depot provides ATM and Air/Vacuum solutions. We sell, install, service and repair ATM and air/Vac machines. We are a completely vertically integrated company controlling all aspects of this process to ensure very high up-time on all of our equipment. We act like a family and we call our employees family members. We are growing rapidly and are debt free. We offer an annual bonus that averages 22% of each family member’s total wages for the year.

To be successful in this role you must be able to build trust with the leadership team, embrace our culture, and be approachable to all family members.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure all of our open positions are filled with people who match the job descriptions as quickly as possible.
  • Be a resource to department leaders to discuss employee issues and help with performance evaluations as needed
  • Update or create job descriptions as needed to ensure everyone has clear responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Help managers reduce employee turnover and conduct trend analysis to help identify why turnover is occurring.
  • Handle employee complaints made to HR such as sexual harassment and EEOC and ensure we comply with all applicable laws. Engage the COO and our legal counsel as needed
  • Work with employees and their managers to resolve workman’s compensation issues and FMLA requests
  • Assist managers with the communication of information to their teams
  • Ensure we have a great onboarding experience for new hires
  • Track HR metrics to ensure the team is functioning well and getting the department leaders what they need
  • Facilitate training to ensure employees, especially new hires, fully understand their roles and their impact on our customers and our business.
  • Help managers with talent assessments
  • Work with the Payroll Manager to ensure benefits for family members are correctly executed.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to the employee’s manager
  • Update policies as needed and take the lead on creating a new policy as needed.
  • Ensure employee files are current and safeguarded at all times
  • Engage with our HR vendors as needed
  • Help answer questions with benefits and lead the annual enrollment process
  • Process unemployment claims and employee verification requests
  • Monitor SHRM to learn of any best practices that Cash Depot may want to use
  • Set up the annual Health Risk Assessment and flu shots




REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business. SHRM Certification and/or Master’s Degree are a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superior judgment and discretion
  • Able to collaborate effectively with other family members



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by Family Members to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

While performing the duties of this job, the Family Member is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

The Family Member is occasionally required to lift and/or move 10 pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
