About Us:
Cash Depot provides ATM and Air/Vac solutions. We sell, install, service, and repair ATM and Air/Vac Machines. We are a completely vertically integrated company, controlling all aspects of this process to ensure high standards of up-time.

Cash Depot is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations to support and execute the growth strategy of the business. This is an executive position reporting to the CEO.

JOB SUMMARY:
The VP of Ops will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, overseeing multiple key functions in the business, and driving both top and bottom line growth. This person will bring operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls to the company. This person is a highly strategic thinker, capable of quickly assessing scenarios and translating strategy into action plans. They must be a strong leader who is able to inspire their team to take action without being prescriptive. This person has experience honing their operational, strategy, and management skills in a fast-paced environment and is well-versed in how to manage inventory-based operations at scale. An engaged leader who gets things accomplished.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversight of full day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, warehousing and inventory, refurbishment, and technical and customer service.
  • Build, maintain, coach, and mentor a high-performance operational team with the technical skills and personal attributes to support business goals and strategies.
  • Create an intentional culture where team members feel cared for and trust you are helping them to prosper. Attract and retain talent and create an environment for increased employee engagement, career advancement and high morale.
  • Evaluate each operational process and procedures, implement measurable KPI’s to monitor and show the progress towards each department’s goals.
  • Implement quality assurance programs that improve the quality of work, and performance of finished refurbished product.
  • Define and translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating plans to ensure accountability across all teams.
  • Help identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and build an organizational attitude where a passion for continuous improvement is innate.
  • Advise on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues that relate to and impact the operations.
  • Optimize financial performance, process accuracy and logistics productivity by conducting operational audits and ensuring a high level of execution and compliance
  • Prepare and regularly communicate detailed operational and management reports that show meaningful metrics, progress, and insights on performance, issues, and opportunities.
  • Manage the new product introduction process at Company, ensuring work is done thoroughly and on time to ensure success in the market.
  • Perform projects as requested by the CEO.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPIERENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 10 years of equivalent work experience in an operations management role (specifically overseeing inventory and warehousing, refurbishment, and customer support services)
  • Proven operational leader with a track record of using metrics, processes, and tools to make sustainable, measurable improvements
  • Strategic mindset, has a keen sense of priorities, along with an ability to pivot as the landscape changes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate operational needs as well as provide the team with a clear framework of the strategic priorities
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with a team in a fast-paced setting

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move 50 pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.

This is a full-time position. Typical workweek is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
