What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Advocate position at Cash1?
What you will be doing:
As a member of our customer service team, you will provide our loyal and new customers with amazing service as you work with them through the process to access the financial products they need.
In addition, you will:
- Be a proud brand ambassador
- Work with customers to find the best financial solutions to fit their needs
- Participate in ongoing trainings to stay up to date on our products and processes
- Verify customer information and process loans
- Check cashing transactions after following verification procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers providing excellent customer service
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and customer confidentiality requirements
- Create a positive, respectful environment among peers, superiors, and customers
What you should have:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- You should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- 6 months of customer service experience will be an asset
- 6 months of cash handling experience will be an asset
