Essential Job Functions:
- Ensures that performance standards are achieved for customer service, operating procedures, productivity, regulatory compliance and budgeted expenses.
- Oversees slot department training and coordinates department staffing in compliance with federal, state, local and IGC regulations.
- Oversees Departmental internal controls, procedures, and protects the assets of the company and ensures compliance with Title 31, to include Multiple Transaction Logs, Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports, W2G’s, etc.
- Direct responsibility for departmental profit margin.
- Promotes positive guest relations by having knowledge of all amenities, events and promotions throughout property.
- Utilize casino management system computer functions i.e. making Reward cards, point redemption and authorize/issue complimentaries.
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
- Must have ability to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and/or Security Departments during times of emergency or otherwise, as required.
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience Required: 10 or more years in slot industry. Five years minimum in slot supervision.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Complete knowledge of all gaming regulations; ability to effectively communicate with others
- Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Must be able to obtain Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 1.
