Casper Orthopedics has a vacancy for an RN or LPN. The Orthopedic Clinic Nurse works with multiple Orthopedic Surgeons in a busy practice. The Nurse provides services to patients with on-site support services staff specialists to assist facilitate the nursing practice. The department is made up of a collaborative team including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, Certified Medical Assistants, Cast Technicians, Nurses, Rad Techs, Therapists, and Certified Athletic Trainers. Our Radiology and Therapy services are onsite enabling our patients to receive quality care in a timely fashion.
EDUCATION
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree)
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current LPN or RN License in the State of Wyoming. BLS Certification.
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in orthopedics preferred.
OTHER SKILLS
Demonstrates clinical competencies in providing direct patient care and patient and family education as well as assisting the provider in the delivery of patient care. Demonstrates leadership and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively with others.
