Chief Clinic Administrator - Full-Time

Position Summary:

Cass Health is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to join our team as Chief Clinic Administrator. Cass Health is an award winning, independent critical access hospital with robust outpatient services. The Chief Clinic Administrator provides vision, leadership, management, and implementation of programs/services for key outpatient service lines, including rural health clinics, surgery clinic, rapid care clinic, outpatient specialty clinics, infusion services, and cardiac rehabilitation. Develops and maintains a positive, productive, and collaborative relationship with all providers. Works with providers and leadership team to provide innovative practice growth and quality solutions to maintain and improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Reporting directly to the CEO, serves as a key member of the administrative leadership team with the Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Medical Officer, participating in overall strategic planning, project management, and plan execution for Cass Health.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• Must have minimum of five years of previous clinic management experience, preferably in rural health clinics and at the administrative level.
• Must have strong provider relation skills.
• Proven leadership skills in change management, communications, and internal problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively with various teams to gain the respect and cooperation of others.
