We are currently seeking compassionate Full-Time and Part-Time Caregivers (CNA,HHA, PCA) to join our dynamic team.

There are Full-Time and Part Time, benefit eligible positions available.
Full-Time Hours : Night (10 : 00pm to 6 : 30am)
Part-Time Hours : Evening (2 : 00pm to 10 : 30pm)

What does a Caregiver do?
- Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
- Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
- Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the nurse.
- Document services performed on computerized charting system.
- Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
- Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following : shampooing of hair, assist with showering / bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
What does a Caregiver require?
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required. We will train you!
- A passion for geriatric care.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
Location : Harmony Gardens Assisted Living is a part of Cassia and will be located in the East Metro. Address : 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109
