Emerald Crest is hiring a dependable Full-Time Housekeeper/ Caregiver to join our team at our specialized assisted living homes for seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia-related conditions.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position. In this split role, you will work as a housekeeper and every other weekend and every other holiday as a caregiver.

Housekeeper/ Caregiver Duties:
In this role, you will clean resident rooms, restrooms, day rooms, and other common areas. Typical daily duties include dusting, vacuuming, washing, and trash removal. You will also work as a Caregiver and help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
Housekeeper skills and requirements:
- Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred, but not required for day or evening shifts – We will train you! Night shift must have 1 year of experience.
- Ability to work a consistent schedule.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, families and staff.
- Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.
- Enjoys working independently and as a team player.
- Preference for prior experience in a healthcare setting.
