About the Role: As a Float Nurse, you will:
- Provide Clinical Expertise: Step into different assisted living sites as needed, offering your expertise and support.
- Support Day-to-Day Operations: Help manage the nursing department and complete necessary assessments.
- Educate and Train: Identify training needs and conduct educational sessions.
- Communicate Changes: Monitor resident conditions and communicate updates effectively.
- Build Relationships: Foster a collaborative environment across Cassia.
Key Qualifications:
- MN Nursing License in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Experience in assisted living
- Leadership experience preferred
- Flexible to work in memory care, traditional assisted living, and care suites
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
