Join our award-winning campus in Richfield! The Pines, an 82-unit independent and assisted living campus, is hiring a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator (CNA or HHA) to join our team in a unique, blended role!
In this role, you will organize and schedule appropriate nursing department coverage, including the master schedule, daily schedule and scheduling replacements for shifts. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excels at multitasking, and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday as well as On-Call. No weekends, but need to be able to have a flexible schedule.

- Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.
- Interview candidates for open nursing and CNA positions.
- Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential employees.
- Track continuing educational programs for staff.
- Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.
- Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent customer service skills.
