The Rosemount Senior Living, a 92-unit senior care campus, is hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Servers to serve residents, employees, and family members’ meals. In this position, you will be able to gain valuable knowledge and experience. Experience is preferred but we will train to right person. In this entry-level position, you will be able to gain valuable knowledge and experience. Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by the staff and residents alike.
There are Part-Time and Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules.
FT Hours: Mix of 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, 11:00 pm to 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and 6:30 am to 3:00 pm (every other weekend)
PT Day Shift: Mix of 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, and 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
PT Evening Shift: Start time varies between 3-4 pm to 7:00 pm.

Server responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to residents, staff, and families.
- Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
- May support kitchen staff with duties such as prepping food.
- Complete additional tasks as needed.
Server skills and requirements:
- Ability to stand for length of shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Compassionate, positive attitude and team player.
- Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.
