Utilizing DNA to write, store, read, and compute on data requires the development and scale up of cutting-edge technologies for assembling, manipulating, and sequencing DNA. We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist or Manager to help us streamline the hiring process and source high quality candidateshelp expand our team of world-class scientists and engineers.

What you will do:
Coordinate hiring process from sourcing candidates through interview process including:
- Managing and reviewing all job postings across platforms
- Networking and Developing leads to locate top candidates
- Utilizing and fine-tuning applicant tracking system workflows
- Scheduling introductory calls and on-site interviews
Work with hiring managers to:
- Assess current and future talent needs
- Develop a job roles and responsibilities matrix
- Modify and improve recruiting strategies
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Required soft skills:
3 years experience in full cycle recruitment experience for technical roles
Demonstrated success in hiring world-class talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion in CATALOG’s goals and challenges
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ideal background:
Advanced degree in science or engineering
Experience in a startup environment
