The Work Itself

This position is responsible for managing and directing various project initiatives to support item processing products offered by Catalyst Corporate FCU.  The position is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of critical information, exemplifying professional interactions with Catalyst members at all times to meet the customer expectations.  Another aspect of the IP Tech Analyst position is customer fee billing.  The position is responsible for accurately meeting departmental reporting objectives and goals for timeliness and quality.  The analyst is responsible for various activities including sort pattern tables, corporate control files, Image File delivery (including imports and exports), FTP setup and support, as well as endpoints with other image exchange partners. The analyst must be self-motivated with very good organization skills, be able to multi-task and work independently with little to no supervision.  The analyst should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be knowledgeable of Catalyst products and is efficient in using MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

The Talent You Bring

The essential requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with some college
• Five or more years of Item Processing experience in two or more areas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Personal Computer, Microsoft Word, Intermediate Excel, Power Point and Internet navigation skills
• Typing – intermediate typing
• Very good customer service skills, listening skills and a focus on problem resolution
• Analytical skills
• Must be eligible to work for any company in US without sponsorship

 Additional skills and experience are a plus:

• Lead or Supervisory experience helpful
• Knowledge of Item Processing operating systems
• Technical aptitude for sort patterns / table changes, data bases, data record formats and transmissions
• Knowledge of AS400 System
• Microsoft Projects
• Account maintenance and billing
• SQL Database experience helpful
