Our front desk agents are the first faces that greet customers when they walk in the door. Our agents are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and they love interacting with customers. The ideal candidates for our front desk agent positions are enthusiastic, dependable and hard-working people who take pride in providing fast and efficient service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and resolve customer questions and complaints.
  • Direct customers to relevant departments and handle follow-up requests.
  • Handle phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage the flow of customers coming into the office.
  • Greet visitors pleasantly.
  • Process payments.
  • Provide information to visitors and customers.
  • Ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
