We are seeking compassionate professionals, who enjoy working with people and are motivated to offer top quality care. The Medical Asst. /Patient Support Specialist will be responsible for offering administrative support, such as answering calls and checking-in patients, and supporting the providers by preparing exam rooms and conducting limited intakes in our Express Care department. This role will offer excellent customer service and represent Catalyst Medical Group with a positive, caring attitude.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assists providers on a real-time basis with clerical aspects of patient care.
  • Performs limited intake evaluation, vital signs, and assists in minor office procedures.
  • Answer calls, greet patients, schedule, and confirm appointments.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be well organized and have strong communicant skills
  • Be accurate and thorough in their work
  • Have experience with patient care in a clinical setting
  • Maintain a positive attitude and help foster a friendly work environment

Education:

  • Required – high school diploma/GED and relevant work experience
  • Preferred – CNA/CMA/CCMA

Schedule: (Must be willing to work evenings and every other weekend)

Monday/ Tuesday (7:30 am to 7:00 pm), Wednesday (7:30 am to 1:30 pm) and every other weekend (9 am to 5pm)

OR

Wednesday (1:30 pm to 7:00 pm), Thursday/Friday (7:30 am to 7:00 pm) and every other weekend (9 am to 5 pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour
