Organizational Structure: This position reports to Catapult’s Chairman, who will provide general oversight of the marketing strategy. The Marketing Director will collaborate with all departments and directly manage vendor relationships.

Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate is an impact-driven marketer who seeks to advance Catapult’s brand and position in the fundraising industry. They are self-motivated, highly collaborative, and comfortable navigating detail-oriented marketing campaigns and relationships related to strategic change and continuous improvement. They are creative, and have significant experience in all areas of marketing, including but not limited to, content creation, communications, social media, email marketing, digital marketing, advertising, relationship management, and strategic development. They have leadership experience and strong communication and relationship management skills.

Experience:

  • 3 years marketing experience
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and web
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong proficiency with Canva
  • Proficiency with HubSpot
  • Tech savvy, ability to troubleshoot
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Proficient experience with website management, and light web design preferred; Wix
  • Competency in Microsoft Office
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Creative, strategic thinker

Job Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Director, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all marketing activities at Catapult Fundraising. Your role will be crucial in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Your specific job responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies: You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with Catapult’s overall business objectives.
  • Managing marketing budgets: You will be responsible for managing marketing budgets and ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective and aligned with Catapult’s overall goals.
  • Creating marketing content: You will be responsible for creating marketing content that resonates with the target audiences, including but not limited to email campaigns, social media posts, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, advertising and other marketing collateral.
  • Developing and maintaining brand image: You will be responsible for maintaining the company's brand image and ensuring that all marketing activities align with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with other departments: You will collaborate with other departments on marketing strategy and execution.
  • Relationship management and support: You will be collaborating with the sales team to develop strategic campaigns to increase Catapult’s sales & revenue.
  • Analyzing marketing performance: You will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance and using data to make strategic decisions about future marketing activities.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends: You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and ensuring that Catapult’s marketing activities are innovative and cutting-edge.

Job-Type and Work Environment

  • This job is full-time and in-person with 40 hours per workweek expected.

Salary

  • $50,000 - $60,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
