Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: answering calls, selling pest control services, scheduling services, supporting field staff, maintaining customer data, and administrative project as assigned.
Requirements:
1-3 years call center or office experience
Inside sales and customer service experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Internet, Windows, Quickbooks Enterprise and Microsoft Office
Ability to learn and use new computer software programs
Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work in a timely manner
Skill in promoting cooperation, building teamwork, and resolving conflict
Ability to work effectively in a seasonal, fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
Able to work weekdays 8am - 5pm, some overtime, and some Saturdays as required
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States
Ability to read, speak and comprehend English
