Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast paced, high volume, fine dining restaurant.
Strong work ethic, motivated, self-sufficient, able to work under pressure, and have a willingness to learn
Energetic and friendly personality, with an ability to work as part of a cohesive team to support colleagues regardless of the role
Full and open availability to work days, nights, weekends and scheduled events is required
Rigorously apply Los Angeles Department of Health and company food handling standards
Knowledgeable and in strict compliance with all city, state and federal requirements pertaining to sanitary, health and safety for staff and customers
Broad and flexible availability to work – am/pm service and/or prep/production
strong multi-task ability.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
