A Fortune 100 corporation with 110 production facilities of which 60 are located outside the US, with over 160 dealers serving customers in 193 countries. The Business: Global Equipment Rental is an exciting, expanding business that Caterpillar continues to invest in, as more and more customers look to The Cat Rental Store to fulfill their short- and long-term equipment needs. With more than 1,300 global locations, our dealer network has the largest construction equipment rental fleet in the world. The Global Rental and Used Equipment Services (GRUES) team partners with our dealers to sell machines into their rental fleets, roll out used machines as Cat Certified Used Equipment with Customer Value Agreements and continuously improve our customer experience through relationship-building, digital tools and more. When you join GRUES, you become part of a high-performing global team that works in a flexible, fast-paced environment and that values each person’s unique contributions. Keeping the key internal stakeholders updated on strategy, initiatives, execution status, is a critical success factor for the role. Business Segments: Heavy Rents: Long term contracts for customers looking for product and application expertise, product support and ownership options. Rental Services: Short term contracts for customers looking for competitive, service-oriented solutions.
