What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Catherine A. Rothschild CPA PC?
As a receptionist/administrative assistant you will be the first point of contact for the company providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer incoming calls, manage the flow of clients through the office, and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner. Additionally, you will play an important role in providing administrative support for all facets of our firm.
During tax season (February through April), our office hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Saturdays from 8:30am - 12:00pm. After April, you have the option to continue full-time or work part-time, Monday through Friday, until the following tax season.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when applicable.
- Schedule and update appointments.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized office.
- Other duties and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- Administrative Assistant in a professional office: 1 year (Required)
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks (Preferred)
