Fireman-PD

DUTIES: Attends to one or more boilers. Records pertinent operating information. Inspects, lubricates, repairs equipment. Cleans and paints equipment as required. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a high school graduate or possess a G.E.D. Trade courses relating to above duties preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience working with boilers preferred. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to access all parts of buildings and grounds. Must keep good relationships with residents, supervisors and co-workers. Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of high pressure boilers preferred.
